FONDANT WEDDING CAKE N HANTARAN

Her aunty, Noralina, one of my schoolmate called me a month or so ago and said I need a wedding cake for my niece..She commissioned me to make the niece's wedding cake ..romantic cake..owhh I love romance indeed..I pick up something whilst looking through a wedding cake book and came out with two designs for Khadijah to choose..and she choose this one..which I really would love very much to make for her..Ivory colored cake with ivory roses and stuff..also made her hantaran cupcakes to match..aren't they sweet.....

Flower Bouquets..for all kind of occassions

Seen some lovely bouquets out there done by some of our fellow bakers locally and abroad. I love them all but I would like to make one that is called my own. Experimented it with my fellow baker Moni Mansor and I love what we came out with.
Anyone for flower bouquets? For Valentine's Day, for Mother"s Day, for  Father's Day, for birthdays and even hantaran. This particular bouquet holds 14 pieces of cupcakes size 10.

My flower bouquet will be the same size placed in a pot and tied with a big bow. Price for the above starts from RM120 depending on the type of pot , other decorative items used.

ANNIVERSARY CAKE

This is an anniversary cake made for Shasha..a 1 kg oreo butter cake with buttercream for her 1st wedding anniversary on the 23.01.2012.

These are 16 x 2 oz hantaran fondant cupcakes with theme just red and white.
I loved this cupcakes because the colors are so good..red and white is always a good combo..the customer was also very happy when she saw it :).
