This is an all time favorite..Black Forest Cake..my style..
Chocolate moist cake layered with chocolate butter cream(laced with rum flavor- please note only flavor), black cherry filling, fresh cream and topped with pitted black cherries on every layer..the cake is frosted on top with chocolate butter cream and scattered with chocolate shavings..the sides are frosted with fresh cream..the peaks are decorated with maraschino cherries..

Kek chokolat moist berlapis kerim mentega berchokolat( di campurkan perasa rum), salutan black cherry, krim putar dan ditabur atasnya black cherry tanpa biji (dari tin)..pemukaan kek ini di saluti krim mentega berchokolat dan ditabur kepingan chokolat serta cherry maraschino, di tepi kek pulak di saluti dengan krim putar..
