Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

This is a 5 inches chilled chocolate chip cheesecake..a very decadent dessert to eat. My friends loved them and am really happy. Good for small party or just for those who want it small and all to yourself..it is only RM25.

Please take note this is not an oreo cheesecake but a chocolate chip cheesecake..yeessss yummm. The chocolate chip is homemade and kinda of bittersweet but goes really well with the cheesecake.

It also comes in 9 inches round size and priced at RM 65 only.. Price does not include delivery.

Wedding Cake

This is a 2 tiered stacked wedding cake..The cake on top is a 7 inch cakes and the bottom is a 11 inches cake. Cake covered with buttercream and decorated with buttercream flowers. Cakes can be customised to order ie. u can select what type of cake is required and the design and theme in order o coincide with the main color theme.

This is an absolute favorite for those who love fruity cake ..and the topping is cheesy yet not sweet..a very good combination indeed.

This is a chocolate cake layered with chocolate mousse and bananas and covered with chocolate ganache. It is a 9 inch cake - a very rich and luscious one.

RED VELVET CHEESECAKE

Red Velvet Cake has come a long way into our hearts here.. a lot of us are still unaware of such cakes and of course colored red made it even more unthinkable. Understandably most of us including me are brought up with chocolate cake, vanilla sponges, white cakes and also plain old cheesecakes.

The red velvet cake here is a 8 inches round cake layered with cheesecake and frosted with cream cheese frosting.It is truly a celebration cake and very rich indeed. Am selling the cake at RM85 excluding delivery cost.

Fondant Cakes - Theme Red and Silver

The cake is 6 inches in diameter and approx 5 inches in height. A bouquet of white flowers and orchids laid on a strip of red material bunched up by silver ribbons.










Another creation of mine..a light orange assemble consisting of 2 tiered cake of which the base is a 7 inch cake and the top is a 5 inch cake, topped with large red roses and on the 2nd layer a 5 petals flowers with silver bits lined with silver ribbon and finally roses lined the base of the cakes..

These were for an engagement of my friends' daughter..Congratulations..
