Classic Victoria Sandwich
This is a classic Victoria Sandwich cake which is an all time favorite with strawberry fruit filling, made with butter and dusted with icing powder. Good as tea time treats as well as presents for Raya open house etc.
The softness of the cake and the luscious strawberry jam filling really is a good combination. It is really good on your waistline..wahooo...no butter cream frostings..it really wants to make you wanna eat the whole cake..
