Wedding Cake - Steamed Buttercream

Steam butter cream frosting provides a smooth surface on the cake almost like a fondant covering but it is not fondant.

I have actually enclosed a photo of my 3 tiered wedding cake and that of my friend's as a sample of what a stacked wedding cake looks like.

Size of the cakes are 6 , 8 and 10 inches respectively.Both models of wedding cake can be ordered at RM300 per model.
