Flower Bouquets..for all kind of occassions

Seen some lovely bouquets out there done by some of our fellow bakers locally and abroad. I love them all but I would like to make one that is called my own. Experimented it with my fellow baker Moni Mansor and I love what we came out with.
Anyone for flower bouquets? For Valentine's Day, for Mother"s Day, for Father's Day, for birthdays and even hantaran. This particular bouquet holds 14 pieces of cupcakes size 10.

My flower bouquet will be the same size placed in a pot and tied with a big bow. Price for the above starts from RM120 depending on the type of pot , other decorative items used.

Imagine the size of the 1 oz cupcakes (the 1 oz soufle cup) is as above. A lot of work is required to do the miniature roses.

Children's Birthday Cake - a Car

Got an order for a 2 kg chocolate cake for both the customer's son age 1 and 10.. a car..had sleepless nights before I actually made this cake..I have changed the setting of the car twice..to take into account a baby and an older brother..uhmmm don't know whether I managed to give them a twinkle in their eyes or not..pictures a bit dull I must say... :(

I set the car in the middle across the board leaving space for me to put something for the baby, a no '1' candle with a teddy plus some marshmallows on the stick( balloons..I can't find my balloons arrrgghh..but the marshmallows choc balls gives it colors..I liked that effect..
The elder brother I supposed will enjoy the red car..rather sporty ehhh??

Happy y birthday to Danish Aiman and Danish Adrian..hope they enjoyed the cake..as much as I had a headache trying to figure out what to do..hehehe

RIDICULOUS CHOCOLATE CAKE - VERSION 2

This is a 6 inches cake weighing about 1.2 kg. This is good for those who loves chocolate and likes to eat cakes..
It is a dark chocolate cake filled with butterscotch butter cream and frosted with soft butter cream. I drizzle the top with chocolate butter cream and chocolate ganache as well chocolate shavings. If u don't get high on chocolates, I really don't know what else can do this..

This is a 5 inches chilled chocolate chip cheesecake..a very decadent dessert to eat. My friends loved them and am really happy. Good for small party or just for those who want it small and all to yourself..it is only RM25.

Please take note this is not an oreo cheesecake but a chocolate chip cheesecake..yeessss yummm. The chocolate chip is homemade and kinda of bittersweet but goes really well with the cheesecake.
